Waking up in the morning is a thing to do especially when you have to go to work or school. However, unfortunately, there are many people who find it difficult to be able to help in the morning. – Know the hours of sleep needed
The average adult needs to sleep 7-9 hours a day, but there are also those who can be fit even though they sleep for only 6 hours. It’s best to find out how many hours of sleep are needed for your body. After that, what time do you have to wake up? For example, if you need 8 hours of sleep and have to wake up at 5:00 a.m., it is advisable to sleep at 9:00 p.m.

– Put the alarm in a place that is not easily reached by hand

– Get up soon
After the alarm is turned off, immediately sit on the bed and move your legs. Then take deep breaths 3-4 times so that you are better prepared to get out of bed and do activities.

– Drink caffeine
Coffee, black tea, green tea have the benefits of caffeine which can increase the hormone serotonin and dopamine, increase mood and energy, and help focus more.
